This workshop will take you through a photo tour of four of the National Wildlife Refuges within a day’s drive of Galveston. They include Aransas NWR, San Bernard NWR, Brazoria NWR and Anahuac NWR. These refuges are free to the public and offer an amazing variety of wildlife. The photographic opportunities are endless and you never know what you might see from Bobcats to Sandhill Cranes and everything in between. We will talk about shooting techniques, gear and methods of shooting as well as the different types of wildlife. David has shot extensively at each of these refuges and will make it fun learning of the many probabilities these awesome federal refuges afford us as both birders and wildlife photographers.
